Baby D’s First Birthday Portraits & Cake Smash was a pleasure to photograph! Mom came prepared with Baby D’s favorite character, Mickey Mouse, for his themed portrait session. One of my favorite images from this session is when Baby D is looking straight at Mickey Mouse. It leaves me wondering, what is this adorable little munchkin thinking about.
After we completed Baby D’s individual portraits, we took a few with Mom and Dad as well. These are a couple of my favorite ones. I love how Mom and Dad are supporting their son to stand, as Baby D was just learning to walk. This perfectly captures and preserves another major milestone for him.
Then it was time to move on to the Cake Smash!!!!! It was time to get dirty, and messy, and enjoy that amazing Mickey Mouse themed First Birthday cupcake.
